Harbour

The harbour of Hoorn. I wonder if evrybody knows the meaning of that sign.

I think at the right is a camping and this is to show how 8 people can sleep in a 8 persons vis-a-vis tent.
It's forbidden for number 9 and 10.
BTW nice picture with the white bridge.
